We caught a beautiful fall evening for Josh and Ashley’s engagement at The Bull at Pinehurst Farms, the place where they will host their wedding reception (and a stunning choice, indeed!) It was a gorgeous drive to the course, the first one of the year where I noticed the leaves changing. Josh and Ashley greeted me with the biggest hugs and golf carts waiting! We hopped in and explored the tall grasses and beautiful landscapes offered, taking in the scenery and enjoying the brand new season. I love when couples choose locations that have meaning for them, this one being so meaningful for a few reasons! Not only will they dance the night away here, but this is also the spot where Josh proposed to Ashley, right on hole nine. Josh grew up loving golf and has been playing since he was little. Ashely admitted that she never swung a club in her life, until she met Josh, and it has grown to be one of their favorite things to do together, along with going for walks, kayaking, listening to music, of of course, the occasional dance-offs against one another at 1am in the morning 😉 I loved e-mailing with Ashley about their story and her excitement towards Josh. She says the Josh brings out the best in her and she loves how encouraging, caring and funny he is. They make my heart melt!
