Erich and Jamie are engaged! I remember chatting with Jamie at her sisters wedding this past summer and she whispered to me that she hoped she’d be next, and just a shot while after, I got an e-mail from sweet and excited Jamie saying that on their 8 year anniversary, Erich popped the question on a trip to Niagara Falls, Canada and she got to come home with a pretty souvenir and a fun story to tell! A proposal while traveling is more than fitting for these two as they love to travel (and try to take a trip together each year! My kind of people!) They push one another to be the very best they can be, whether it be training for a marathon or a 90 mile bike ride (wild!) or enjoying and pursing passions, they are each others biggest cheerleader and support system. They are always up for adventure, to book a flight just a few weeks before departure and to try new things. I love that about them, and I also love that they consider their love and relationship their favorite and greatest adventure of them all!

Hanging with these two for their engagement photos just wonderful! I already knew I loved Jamie and her family through her lovely sister Nicole, so hanging with them just felt like a great day hanging out and enjoying the beauty that fall in Wisconsin has to offer. They are so in love and so ready for this new chapter, and we couldn’t be more excited to capture such a fun time in their lives!! Cheers to you two!
