Chris + Ally met in the coolest of ways, playing intramural hockey during their freshmen year of college! They played on the same team together twice a week and ended up winning the championship! They went to dinner that night to celebrate as “friends” and they left inseparable. Five years later, here they are, taking the most gorgeous engagement photos at Fonferek Glen County Park in Green Bay. Together they love hockey, of course, as well as being outdoors and spending time with their friends and families. My kind of people. Ally is wildly talented and is working her way to being a freelance graphic designer. She loves designing paper goods for weddings and you bet she’ll be creating her own! I can’t wait to see what she comes up with!!

I knew we already had so much in common before meeting in person, so it was extra exciting to talk about their wedding plans and passions during the shoot! These two are so easy to hang with and I definitely feel like we’ve known one another for quite some time! I loved a lot of things about this session and feel like the location and atmosphere fit their personalities perfectly! Her boho chic look was absolutey stunning paired with the waterfall, and I love how Chris was so caring and helpful while on this little photo adventure! (And if I’m being honest, I think he may have helped me and my gear just as much! What a guy!) I love their free spirits, their kindness, their ability to embrace those sweet moments and hold on tight.
