We LOVE the Hermus family!!! It was the biggest honor to head to their home to take some photos celebrating baby Jacob and his homecoming. They are all under one roof for the first time since Jacob became part of this wild world, and everyone is adjusting so, so wonderfully. Jacob is SO content, showed us his favorite side to model :), would doze off when being held by his mom and dad and loved hanging with big brother Daniel (who will crack you up in these pictures!). Words cannot even be written to describe the love this family has for their new addition. With Jacob, they became a family of four, and love adoring and learning from this little baby. They have a Caring Bridge website to keep friends and family up to date with Jacob, and I love how they celebrate Jacob in his little victories and his big ones. They share how he changed them, made them appreciate, made their relationship stronger and brought them closer to God. Their perspective is beautiful and we have all already learned so much from Jacob. Who knew such a little human could have such a big impact?! He and his family are nothing shy of inspiring.

I am so, so, so excited to let you in on a “day in the life” of the Hermus’! They sure have a story to tell, and my, is it a crazy beautiful one.
