Terrence & McKenna

We went back to where it all began!! Terrence played basketball for St. Norbert’s and McKenna was a cheerleader. They met through McKenna’s sister and rest is nothing but destined to be. I loved listening to them talk about the buildings that held memories, their families that mean so much to them, their Florida wedding day, their passions and engagement story. It was SO nice to hang out with two people who felt like instant friends. A storm popped up on the radar (out of no where!) on our way to the session and we decided to just take the night as it came! After a few clicks and some pretty crazy memories, we found ourselves at a restaurant down the road where McKenna used to work (Shout out to Stella’s in DePere for taking great care of us!!) to ride out the storm! We had wine, they caught up with friends, ate these incredible parmesan fries, and laughed in disbelief at life right now.

The storm passed, we took photos outside of a place that now holds a new memory, and we caught beautiful dusky light and a purple sky. This is a true example that magic will happen if you let it, that laughing through situations will make the most of every day <3 Feeling thankful for Terrance and McKenna and the way they roll with the punches. Their love is playful yet meaningful, intentional yet organic. I loved this day and what these photos and memories turned to be!
