John and Lindsay had a big weekend and I am so happy that we found time to squeeze in their engagement session on Sunday! These two live in Minnesota, the place that John has always called home, and a place Lindsay has fell in love with (for more than one reason!) and is where she truly feels home. These two have Katie Couric to thank for their meeting! Lindsay’s mom told her that Katie’s show was giving away 50 free Match memberships, and Lindsay won! So, Lindsay and John met thanks to Katie Couric, which is awesomely awesome. These two moved into their first house a few months back and share a neighborhood with John’s family. Their wedding day is going to match their love for the north woods being a winter affair that will be hosted in a log cabin, taking place exactly one year from the date that John proposed. My favorite thing about John and Lindsay (so far!) is how natural they are with one another. They carry a always there for the other person, best friends, always holding hands and will help you fix your hair for our windy engagement session vibe. Any chance I can get to have true love step in front of my camera, I’ll take it.
