Jake & Mallory: Botanical & classic courtyard ceremony with a big & beautiful reception to follow, Red Lion, Appleton, WI

I loved that Mallory had a blue patchwork heart sewn into her dress as a tribute to her grandparents, and had charms around her bouquet to as a memory for Jake’s grandpa! Those sweet details are the ones that help to make wedding days unique and personal <3 Jake and Mallory made so many people cry on this day (in the BEST way!!!) and it was amazing to see the love that their families and friends have for them. I particularly admired the love from their parents! Mallory’s mom knew just was she needed when she was getting ready, Mallory wanted just her mom in the room with her during this time. Her dad’s reaction when he saw his daughter was one of my favorite father/daughter moments! It was hard for Mallory and her dad to look at each other all day, the waterworks were real <3 Jake’s parents stood behind Jake and Mallory during dinner to give a speech and you could see the pride they have for their son and how happy they are to have Mallory in their lives. The dance between Jake and him mom was so special too.

They transformed the courtyard at Red Lion to look like something out of a fairytale. There were gorgeous blooms everywhere you looked, it was incredible to see them tailor the space to suit their taste. The transformation was just as stunning indoors, the decor was so classic all around! The big laughs all day, the way they took the time to thank their parents and hug their grandparents tight, how the dance floor filled instantly, how Jake and Mallory sang love songs in the street while walking from a photo spot to the bus, those little moments made this day extra fun to witness and photograph <3 Thank you SO MUCH for having us there to celebrate with you!!!
