This was one of those “I’m laughing so hard my face hurts” kind of engagement sessions (and no, not because of the temperature!) It might have something to do with the fact that they are some of the most fun people I know, that they are some of my favorite friends ever, that they are engaged and planning a backyard wedding day that suits them to a T, that they totally rocked being in front of the camera, that we found an adorable park in the middle of our locations (shout out to Lakeside Park!) among many other things. I love to photograph my friends, when I can be a part of their day in a different way and when I can capture their truest joy and such an exciting and important time in their lives. Jake and Courtney, I am so happy that you found one another and found THIS much happiness. This is the best.
