Chris + Steph: Traditional & Colorful Fall Wedding Day, Freedom, WI

No doubt, Chris + Steph were the most relaxed and easy going bride and groom to date. There was no sense in worrying about anything because they both knew the reason for the day, and marrying their favorite person on the planet was the only thing that really mattered. Family and friends gave speeches at their reception and said that they are so alike in that way. Their personalities just go together, they like to have a good time, and there is no room to worry about the small things. It’s the big picture that’s important for these two and I love that about them as a couple!

They held their ceremony at their hometown church on a Friday afternoon. Steph wore a gorgeous dress that was absolutely perfect for her laid back and fun spirit. She read a note from Chris before walking down the aisle, and giggled right away after reading the very first line. She looked up to us (her mom and sister also there!), read it out loud, and nobody got the quote besides her. It was cute and funny that way. She continued to read his words and then passed it on to her mom and sister, who teared up just thinking about how great of a person their daughter and sister would get to spend life with. Everyone was just ecstatic to see them make it forever, honestly. Their immediate families and everyone beyond that who was there to celebrate. I obsessed over their color choices, her dress, and how calm, easy, right, sweet and completely happy their entire day was. I can only hope that every couple who is soon to be married gets to experience just a sliver of their pure contentment and joy that Chris and Steph had. Congratulations to you, newlyweds!!
