Matt + Tessa: Door County Vacation Engagement Session

Matt and Tessa, it is ridiculous and inspiring and exciting to see HOW in love they are and how they love. They made a trip out of their engagement session and rented the cutest Air BnB for a few days in charming Door County. We met at their little cottage, drank a Spotted Cow and hung out for the night and it was the best. I love how they were always holding each other, how they checked in with each other to see how much fun they were having, how they talked about their engagement and how surprised Tessa was when Matt went down on one knee in front of their friends and families. I love that they were open minded and up for whatever happened during their engagement session. I am a believer in the idea “over planning kills magic” and truly this day was magical thanks to their up for anything personalities and relationship. We took pictures at their little vacation cottage, in front of the kayaks they hoped to take out the next day, pulled over when we saw a field of yellow flowers, danced on cliffs and chased the sunset when the sky turned pink. We took pictures until dark and I love the story this session tells!
