There are so many things to be said about Nick and Amanda. For starters, she filled me in that her and Nick had gotten in an ATV accident where she fractured her leg and could not put any weight on it, and Nick had broke his neck. This day maybe shed light on a few new things that weren’t planned. For one, their spirits and personalities. They were so happy to be there, to celebrate their wedding day. Not one complaint came out of their mouths, not one sad tear or feelings of wishing to reschedule. It was their day, and it was the happiest one! (They even joked about it on their can coozies, see below ;)) They celebrated family and being together, they celebrated marriage and new beginnings as husband and wife. One of the true meanings, in sickness and health, and they are getting practice right off the bat!

Since Amanda can not put weight on her leg, she had both crutches and a scooter to get around (and didn’t stop her from tearing up the dance floor!) With her dad by her side, she surprised Nick by walking down the aisle. His face was so filled with love. He gifted her a bouquet of flowers with the note “see you under the willow tree”, and under the willow tree is where they promised their forever. This day had a lot of tears and a lot of smiles, and most of all, a lot of love!
