I am the biggest fan of adventurous shoots, so when Derek and Allyson had the idea of shooting at the waterfall in Green Bay, I was 100% on board! Watching them hold hands, give piggy back rides and help one another through the rocks and water was so darn sweet. Their session tells a story of not only our time spent shooting, but of their comfort and care and trust for one another. These two have been together since high school, they’ve already shared so many memories together as they graduated, grew up, discovered new passions and careers, and are now going through the process of planning a wedding day and building their first home together. They have traveled through so much of life together already and their excitement for their future is beyond. I love following them on social media, posting photos painting their bedroom and hanging out at their wedding shower together (which was really just a party, with food and gifts, family and friends – what a cool idea!) Together is their favorite place to be and walking through life hand and hand could not be more right.

Also – Allyson is a dancer and totally rocked that whole Dirty Dancing thing! Love!
