Taylor + Phem, The courthouse before the big day!

I can’t believe I’m sharing this post!!!! MY BROTHER IS MARRIED! He found the best girl in Phem and our whole family is so thankful for her <3 People ask “how?!” HOW did a beautiful girl from the Philippines, who called Costa Rica home, cross paths with my awesome brother from Kimberly, WI? Two friends, Larry and Kristin, lived in Costa Rica and after a few visits from Taylor, he wound up playing pool with Kristin’s friend Phem (thank goodness for Kristin who was the witness of their first encounter! Nobody would ever remember how they met otherwise ;)). Since then, it’s been a long distance relationship full of traveling, karaoke at Perlas, a first look at the fall colors in WI, cribbage at Post Lake, wing nights, sunsets over the ocean and recently, wedding planning here in Wisconsin and adjusting to a life of love here in the states.

Before the big bash coming in September, they planned a little courthouse date with a few favorite local friends and family!! Our mom and dad were their witnesses, it was a five minute courthouse ceremony and Miller Lite’s and margaritas on the patio made for one great night. I had to snap a few photos of the day and our crew <3

I have never seen my brother so happy and we could not have wished for a more perfect match. Love you both SO MUCH!
