Tanner and Abbie are just simply wonderful. Abbie is around the wedding industry just as much as I am with her talents doing hair and make-up for beautiful brides, so being able to capture their wedding day was such an honor. As I sat in her style chair over the past few months, we would catch up on life and chat about her wedding soon to come. A backyard affair that is relaxed and a celebration is all that she really wanted, aside from marring her favorite person. She dreamed of comfortable dresses that fit her style, flowers from the farmers market, string lights, comfort food and to be married under an arch made by her grandpa. All of these things came true and it was a day more beautiful than ever. They never lost sight on what this whole marriage thing is about, did the day their own way, in their very own backyard. The day was sweet, simple, and them to a T. Once the reception came, they let their iPod take over, enjoyed drinks in their driveway and mingled with their closest family and friends.
It was magical and beautiful and personal and joyous.
