Kelsey & Nathan made a wedding weekend to remember at Dillman’s Bay Resort in Lac Du Flambeau, Wisconsin. Their dogs truly had the best weekend (as you can see!) Weekenders met in the tent for cocktails- they had it all weekend, after all! All genuinely enjoyed an old fashioned WI weekend celebrating family, friendship and Nathan and Kelsey.

When we pulled in, Kelsey had her dress on, chairs were being setup on the soft ground, it was sprinkling, the floral arbor was bright in the gray skies. There were bike riders, people telling fishing stories, beach towels were drying over vehicles. We said hi to family owners of the resort, who were nothing but lovely and thankful. Nathan and Kelsey were ready for their first look and vows, and hilariously, they wrote almost the exact same words. Kelsey had a cocktail hour with her girls before the ceremony with mimosas, snacks, pictures and “speeches”/rap songs (lol the best) as a send off before the ceremony. It was perfect.

Kelsey’s brother officiated and that in and of itself made the ceremony so special. The rest of the night included hugs and good food, bubbles, a sunset glow over the lake, a star and moon dress change and a whole lot of dance floor mustaches. Again, it was perfect.
