Madison, WI

Chris proposed to Mary right after they closed on their new home in Buffalo, NY! The perfect time to add another exciting event to that new chapter. They met while attending UW Madison, so it made perfect sense to have their engagement session around some of Madison’s hot spots. We ended the day at Memorial Union Terrace, a place where they both worked in college – talk about bringing things full circle! When graduation came, Chris asked Mary to move to Buffalo with him, and with an excited “yes!”, they have started their lives together in New York, Chris’s home state and the place where they’ll be hosting their wedding celebration (we’ll be there, too!!! So excited!).

They packed their weekend back in Wisconsin with family, friends and sports, and we considered it the cherry on top to end those fun few days with with a shoot, one we weren’t sure if we’d be able to squeeze in, and I’m SO happy we did!! I mean, look how cute/fun/happy they are… gosh. We cannot wait to see you two as a bride and groom next September and to explore and enjoy the place you call home! Ahhh! <3
