I cannot even handle all of this HAPPY! Just kidding, I totally can and I love it completely! I triple dog dare you to try to scroll through this blog post of images and not crack a smile. The brand new Gruber pair, their families and friends are truthfully filled with the most joyous, lovable souls! With a big move over the past year, they found themselves back in their favorite city to celebrate, complete with photos and pitstops at places that they love : the Union Terrace hanging by the lake and sharing a smooch in the classic giant terrace chair, a trip to Bascom Hill to rub Abe’s feet for good luck, to the Capitol for a classy backdrop to match this classy wedding day, and ending at the Monona Terrace where they danced and ate and laughed some more!

Chris and Lauren’s wedding day combined all of the things that they love most, and that’s really what made it so darn special. I have a lot of favorite parts about their day, but one of them was their vows. They had written their own, and Chris went first. He talked about how much he loves Lauren and how excited he is that she would be his wife, and then joked about how he will always appreciate that she cracks his toes. Hilariously, Lauren’s vows were almost identical, saying that she vows to always be there to crack his toes. These two are just meant to spend forever side by side, hand in hand. Without a doubt, they will always find joy in the little things. They will always laugh at jokes, be the most welcoming people, and will always dance when the music plays.
