Bryan and Katie have been together since May of 2005. Yup, you heard right… 2005! That is 9 years together, so you can be certain that this day was a long time coming and has been one that so many people have looked forward to. And let me tell you, the day was done right. For starters, I walked into a room filled with the most beautiful blush toned dresses, all unique and gorgeous. I turned around to see a sweetheart lace gown hanging on a “Mrs. Arnold” hanger waiting to be worn and a pretty bride ready to walk down that aisle. Before the big moment, the group of girls held hands in a circle and prayed for the day and thanked the guy upstairs for all the love surrounding the happy couple.
One of my favorite parts of wedding days is always the grooms reaction. I could have cried when the doors opened and Bryan saw Katie, looking more beautiful than ever. After seeing each other nearly every day for 9 years, he still has that reaction towards his girl and that is something to truly be admired. With that moment alone, we can easily conclude that they are in this forever. They gave guests high fives as they walked down the aisle as the new Mr. and Mrs. and we snuck a quick photo shoot while guests piled out of the church. The fun continued at Ashwaubomay Park for some good laughs and to take some more fabulous photos. Bryan carried Katie over muddy ground and puddles to save her dress and shoes, and I fell in love with them even more!
