Alex & Kendra: Colorful and Genuine Backyard Wedding Day, Hollandtown, WI

Alex and Kendra went in to this day with the only expectation of leaving together hand in hand, as husband and wife! I loved that they weren’t caught up in anything other than that. They let the day unfold naturally, spent all day hugging family and friends, and I loved that they were always within an arms reach of one another. Sounds crazy, but with SO many people at weddings, your spouse can easily (unintentionally) be the one you see the least, and it was so sweet to notice that Alex and Kendra always shared a table and conversations. They put attention on those super important relationships in their lives, specifically, with their parents! The bond between Kendra and her dad was so special, and you could tell that her mom was her “go to” person, always there and always willing to help. Alex and his mom shared a really sweet first dance that showed how important they are to one another, and his dad was so attentive and soaked everything in. Such a great group to be surrounded by!

Kendra was absolutely breathtaking and I remember thinking that she looked like an angel when we were taking their portraits. The sun was glowing just right and she looked stunning in her dress. Thank you ALL for having us there to celebrate with you, we had so much fun!!
