Alex + Even: Woodland, Colorful and Multicultural Wedding Day, Appleton, WI
Norwegian and American cultures combined to create a beautiful wedding day for everyone who traveled near and far! These two met 4.5 years ago in Florida where they were both attending school. It was the first regular season Packer game, so naturally, Alex headed out with friends to watch the green and gold. Even had a big crush on her and everyone knew this information expect for her! To get them together, friends told Even a tiny white lie that Alex wanted to meet him. After some persuasion from Even, they began to hang out more – making memories in Florida, having fun, keeping things lighthearted. With so much distance between their homes, they didn’t think that their fling would be much more than that. Well, they fell harder by the day! Graduation came, they said the hardest goodbye, and one week later he found himself flying back to Orlando to spend more time with Alex. From then on, they’ve traveled the world together, spent lots of time with family and friends in both Norway and America, grew in love, became engaged and planned a wonderful wedding day. The fun continues on as they’ll keep traveling, making more memories, and spending so much more time together in the same place (or country, for that matter! 😉 So happy for them!)
Alex and Even created vocabulary menus, had two traditional cakes and showcased some of their favorite travel photos and memories from all of their years spent visiting one another. They had flags present and the guys wore flag socks representing their home country (Even wore one American flag sock and one Norwegian flag sock!) I loved their color pallet with beautiful cobalt blues, hues of reds and purples, and am still not over her Grace Loves Lace gown <3 It was such a great day!!
