Kurt and Kassy’s wedding day truly was a fairytale – complete with a 1908 Cadillac. Along with all of the details and thoughtfulness of the day, there was also so much emotion. It wasn’t forgotten that two families were joined that day, that a dad gave away his little girl, that a new Mr. and Mrs. Beno was celebrated and that tearful eyes were more than okay. Kassy and Kurt crossed their T’s and dotted their I’s in preparation for their wedding day. With late nights of crafting (see cute paper hearts!) and planning and scheduling, all that was left to do was celebrate, just the way they wanted it. Not one worry on their wedding day other than hugging each one of their wedding guests. As cliché as it probably sounds, my favorite thing about this day was seriously all the love that surrounded it. Hearts were beating fast and love was everywhere, on everyone’s faces. When Kassy saw her dad for the first time – love. When Kurt saw his bride for the first time – love. The faces of family members as they held hands, wiped away tears and said their vows – love. The bridal party when they helped Kassy in her gown and laughed through photos – love. The speeches from the best man, maids of honor, parents, siblings – love. Toasts, sharing in donating to Cancer research in order for Kurt and Kassy to smooch – love. A tearful Kurt on the edge of the dance floor as Kassy and her dad shared a dance – love. A little wave to her dad after he gave a wonderful speech – love. A big hug from the both of them when we were ready to take off for the night – love. Do you see a pattern here? LOVE, and so much of it.

Even if you didn’t attend this wedding, I know you will feel it just by looking at their faces and the happiness of everyone around them. A beautiful day, with beautiful details, with so much love.
